ACCOMPLISHMENTS AS MAYOR (2007-present)
· Upgraded the status of Bontoc from a 3rd Class to a 2nd Class Municipality
· Upgraded the Municipal Salary Rates from 3rd Class Municipality rates to 1st Class Municipality rates; then from 1st Class Municipality rates to 2nd Class Province rates; then from 2nd Class Province to 1st Class Province rates
· Negotiated the stalled Bontoc Water System Project
· Institutionalized the Annual financial assistance to Senior Citizens in all barangays, Barangay Brigade (Brigada) Fund and Proportionate sharing of the School Board Funds by all private and public schools for athletic and academic development
· Implemented major infra projects by administration mode
· Published the “Tawid”, the Bontoc Centennial Book, the 1st of its kind in Mountain Province
· Presided over the peaceful resolution of the tribal conflict between Saclit, Sadanga and Tanulong, Sagada
